As you may be aware, we’ve been collecting up your comment cards over the last couple months, what you may not know is how great the feedback has been! For one thing, it looks like we are fast becoming one of your favourite options for breakfast! We started offering our breakfast menu roughly a year ago and in that first year, it’s really taken off. We have stacks of comment cards collected in store and we’ve seen plenty of response online too (follow the link to read some for yourself).
To get the ball rolling, we tried a few campaigns to introduce ourselves to Brighton/London (and the surrounding areas) as a breakfast option. By far, the most successful of these was our deal through Groupon. From this, we had a whopping 1,200 sold in just a few months! Not just that, but the reviews were brilliant! On our Groupon Feedback Page we had a staggering 96% of customers saying they’d happily recommend us to a friend.
