There are no shortages for all of us who are looking for vegan or plant-based options this January. We had a lot of fun playing around and testing some new dishes for you to try this month. All the usual favourites are still there, such as the popular teriyaki tofu and the vegan poke bowl.
Two new burgers have made an entry, the black bean burger and the miso mushroom burger, both packing a punch when it comes to flavour. We have also decided to make our own pretzel bun, that is just delicious and goes really well with our vegan options.
