The Morning After
It’s the morning after the hunt before, and we’ve been collecting up the remaining egg tokens. If you weren’t about Easter Sunday, then you missed all the fun! Well, those of you with kids that is… And, by fun we mean being dragged around the caffe and St Peters by your little one trying to collect up these darn tokens to claim some yummy eggs!
Exhibit A)
Since so many of our regulars have young children we decided it would be fitting to throw an Egg Hunt. We hid these tokens in various places and left a list of clues leading to where each were. Then, throughout the day we had kids coming up to the counter with bundles of coloured bits of card asking to claim their chocolate eggs. Just think Oliver Twist. Well, without the poverty… And the neglect… Actually, scrap that image.
